because we wanted to use 2 colours, I outlined here in one colour, let it dry 10 minutes, then filled in with the 2nd colour.

Do you outline with a contrasting color and then floodl, or do you outline after the flooding is dry??

It's a yellow plastic cutter from Wilton, about 4.5" across.

Thanks...I forgot to check back about this. And I just ran across the wilton one with all the easter cutters. And I thought to myself....That looks like Helen's flower cutter. I got it!!! Thanks for all that you share.
