Yummy Choc.
Triple choc. fudge cake raspberry BC filling and Cheftaz choc. ganache!!! Tootsie roll roses. I have made 4 of these this in March and have an order for one more in April! Once the girls at work see something they all get stuck on the same thing for a while until something else catches their eye!

I love those roses--how do you make them? I have to look for that ganache recipe, looks awesome.
I nuked the tootsie rolls for a sec. and rolled them flat then just did them like fondant ones.
