Bottom tier is sour cream vanilla cake filled and iced with cream cheese buttercream. Top tier is sweet chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse and iced with cream cheese buttercream. Towers are pvc pipe covered in fondant. Gold wrought iron is royal icing. This was my first castle. I would do much of it different, but ya gotta learn by doing!
