My granddaughter loves horses & asked that I make a 3D horse standing up. I made multiple versions before I found Wilton's new Make & Amaze product. It worked much better than the fondant & gumpaste. She also saw the ombré rose petals on a cake on Cake Boss and asked for that as well. She picked the colors as well. It is a chocolate and French vanilla cake with a praline filling.
