After finding the blueberry preserves at Trader Joe's I was inspired to do a cupcake with it! Thought a maple pancake flavored cupcake would pair well with the blueberry swiss meringue - and I was right! Super yummy and the scent of blueberries and maple is quite intoxicating :)
