This cake is edible, except the tassel. The bottom was made in a doll cake pan. The top is made of 2-3 bags of white candy melts for thickness. The chocolate was set in a pan lined with parchment paper in the refrigerator. Icing is buttercream, based on the recipe in the doll cake pan set. It took alot of red-red, burgundy and some brown to make the maroon color "2013". The tassel is cross stitch yarn purchased at Michaels craft store.
