This cake was for a grown mans Birthday! Rockets are his hobby! The cake was almost 30" tall. The base was 2-6x3's stacked, then 2 5x3's stacked, then 3- 3x3's stacked, with a sugar cone at the top. the flag was made out of color flow and the black rocket tails were made out of fondant. Oh the most important part was the 16" square of 3/4" plywood with a 3/4" wooden dowel securlly screwed to the plywood for my cake board.
