Hello Kitty Cake and Cupcakes. Vanilla cake and chocolate cupcakes both with vanilla butter cream filling and white chocolate ganache frosting. This was the first time making and using ganache...not sure how I feel about it. I am however VERY pleased with the 3D Kitty I was able to create and the overall look of the cake. When I delivered the cake the BD girls brother told me I was a great cake maker and he wanted me to make his BD cake next month. LOL out of the mouth of babes....the BD girl just smiled and hid behind Mom
