This is for my niece's 9th birthday. It is a 6" Vanilla cake with White chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream. I wanted to try the large rose technique from www.mycakeschool.com. Still need to practice the two tone look but I am happy with how it turned out. The cake was so pretty nobody wanted to cut into it.
