this is a chocolate cake covered in marsefond, made look old with the sponge technique, the letters are made with fmm tappits and painted gold

Hi ildisz1, marsefond is half fondant and half marzipan(better taste and structure) and the sponge technique is that you just use a(new) sponge to paint the thinned paste collor on.
