A cake that I made for my Church coffee hour. The egg on top is made out of RKT and has a poured sugar gem with various gum paste flowers and ribbon. The top tier is WASC with vanilla IMBC filling. second tier is carrot cake with buttercream cheese filling. the bottom tier is coconut cake with alternating layers of lemon curd and cocount creme filling. The flower rings in between are made of gumpaste. All the gems are poured sugar. I loved making this cake. TFL!!
