Made for a friend's daughter. She wanted a "sea" castle so I used sugar pearls for the bubbles and molded white chocolate into seashells. Sand is graham crackers mixed with brown sugar. Cake is a 3 layer cherry chip with vanilla buttercream. This is the first cake I have ever covered in fondant, after 15 years of decorating.
