My first ever topsy turvy cake. Here in sydney you can pay hundreds of dollars for the privelidge to learn how to make one of these amazing cakes from a top notch cake store "Planet Cake" who are famous for their topsy turveys or as we like to call them 'mad hatters'. I however dont have the luxury of the time nor the money to attend one of the classes so here is my self taught version and I think its just as good as theirs. Top teir is white chocolate mud with white choc ganache and bottom is dark chocolate mud with dark choc ganache. Thank you so much for looking.
