An anniversary cake I made for my Grandparent's sixtieth wedding anniversary. I was so happy to be able to make this cake for them, it's my favourite to date. Red Velvet and rainbow cake were inside and the cake was covered with Swiss meringue buttercream. White sanding sugar sat on top of each cake and the petals were handmade from fondant. I cut the bling ribbon to size so it was in proportion to the cake. The ruffle flower was a last minute addition because we couldn't find a silver 60 anywhere! I love this cake!
