I was asked to put together a cake for a friends brother benefit! They were doing a poker benefit and this is what I came up with. It took me almost 8 hours to do this cake NOT including baking time. Dont ask why but it did. So two of the cakes are yellow cakes and the other two are chocolate and one red velvet, all with cheese cake mousse and cream cheese icing. The icing didn't want to work with me. And than neither did the wiltons mist paint!
