Not the best photo (waiting on the ones from the amazing photographer), but I am super proud of my very first wedding cake!
Gumpaste peonies and pearls, both royal icing and dragees. The bride requested that a little pewter be added which is why some of the pearls are darker. (The stand was a little on the small side due to some changes with the amount of cake that left me without time to order a larger stand.)
Tiers are, from top, 8" vanilla-almond with alternating layers of vanilla-almond and Chambord SMBC, covered in white chocolate ganache and MFF; 10" red velvet with white chocolate SMBC, covered in white chocolate ganache and MFF; 12" Bananas Foster (banana with cinnamon brown sugar buttercream and caramel) covered in white chocolate ganache and MFF; and 16" just like the top tier.
I also did the groom's cake--chocolate with cookies and cream SMBC.
