Just took a wedding cake course last week at ICE Culinary. This is my finished product. The class was incredible and I learned tons from chef Toba Garrett. She is an excellent and very knowledgeable instructor. This cake is covered in fondant and the roses and leaves are made of white modeling chocolate. This is my first attempt at a tiered cake, piped embroidery, draping and handmade flowers. Not perfect but I'm very happy with the results.
