Blown And Pulled Sugar

last weekend I had the chance to meet Sidney Galpern on a cakefair in Belgium. at the end of the day I was able to see a short demo of her working with isomalt and she gave me the oportunity to blow a bubble together. and wow! that was fun! so back home I started to practice and play with some isomalt. this is my first attempt of a little sugar art work. I know it is not high standard but I'm realy proud of it. Sidney, thank you! you're great!
