Practice Happy Birthday Cake

I needed to make a practice cake for class so I turned it into a birthday cake for my husbands March birthday employees. It is a White Almond Sour Cream, torted to 4 layers and filled with Raspberry Cream filling. All buttercream frosting and flowers.

Your roses are wonderful!!!! Are you using the Wilton class frosting??? I can not make mine smooth. The top of the petals are broken in spots when they come out of the tip. Yours are perfect!!!
