It's so easy. It's a really old pan though, but I couldn't be without it. I do all the birthday cakes for where I work (my boss pays me to do it), and I don't know everyone all that well, so I love this pan.

You do a really good job on your "I don't know what to do cakes" I love the way the Happy Birthday is written!

Thanks for all the comments! I'm glad I found this site. I honestly don't know when it came out. My mom gave me all her pans from when I was little (50 plus pans!) and this was one of them. I would say that it likely did come out inthe 80's. I also have one that says "Congratulations" in the same way.
