Thanks for the nice comments. I just made a 2 layer 8" round cake and cut in half. The taco thats laying down is carved into a V at the flat side to give it a more taco look. The lettuce is buttercream using the leaf tip and the tomato peices are just red fondant. The cheese is yellow fondant that I put in the fridge for a few minutes to get harder and put through a cheese grater to give it a 'real' effect. the taco shells are also rolled fondant with buttercream on the inside to hold it all togeth...
