There's something about Oskar's cakes that are doomed to failure! I originally made the 3D Wilton train (and I made it in 2 halves, not knowing that you're meant to clip the 2 tins together!), decorated it just like Thomas and the whole thing collapsed on me the night before the party! So, this again was a last ditch attempt! 2 layer buttermilk sheet cake filled with strawberry preserves, decorated in buttercream with hand-painted fondant plaque.
