Chocolate Cake with raspberry mousse filling. Chocolate buttercream frosting. States are made of royal icing. Since we work for Sanrio - I added the little plastic Hello Kitty in an airplane.

Thank you all sooo much!!! I am really proud of this cake! haha funny thing, I was in a car accident on my way to dropping off this cake. The cake tumbled all over my back seat, even upside down and only a corner was slightly smushed. My boyfriend ended up bringing it to work while I went with my son in the ambulance to the hospital. Shannon loved it!
