i love it- i've never worked with rolled buttercream-is it a lot like fondant
I've never used fondant but i believe it is similar...only difference I know is that rolled buttercream leaves a sheen. It tastes great...I've used it on several of my cakes and everyone loves it...kinda tastes like corn candy!!
