Rose-Gel Transfer

This is my first cake I made for the Wilton Course 1 class 2. I couldnt' believe how easy the gel transfer was and why I had been intimidated by it. It was a 4 layer chocolate cake with chocolate pudding as filling. My co-workers are really spoiled after this one-I was told that I was not allowed to take any leftovers home, they had to stay there lol!

Thank you for all the great comments-they're really appreciated. Izzybee--The gel transfer I used just transfered the outline of my design-which I then went over with a #2 tip. Then I filled in with different size star tips-that is where I got the texture I think you're talking about.
