PennySue, I actually tried to trace them first but couldn't get it right, so they are freehanded by looking at the font I was using
I just make "slides" in MS powerpoint, do all my graphics and adjust lighting on pics there. Then instead of saving as a powerpoint presentation you can save the slide as an image file (jpg, tif, btmp, wmf, etc.) But this is what I've done for my portfolio to show people. Hoping that the presentation will help the potential client to overlook my beginner cake design! Thanks for the nice comments
