I've made a Halloween cake for this couple every year since I started making cakes. They give me the theme of their big annual bash and let me have complete decorating freedom. Love this couple! This years theme was creepy/gruesome....I think this one fit the bill! lol The base is chocolate cake filled and frosted with chocolate ganache, the head is rice krispies and everything is covered in white modeling chocolate and then painted.
