I did this cake for my daughter's 25th birthday, in her favorite color combination. Bottom layer is white cake, with alternating layers of white chocolate cream cheese and strawberry fillings. Middle layer is chocolate with chocolate ganache; top layer is red velvet with white choc. cream cheese. Cake is iced in Swiss meringue buttercream. I used gum paste and sugar sheets for all of the decorations. I think this is my best cake to date. I was very pleased... I'm getting better at this!
