9,5 and 3 inch tiers. Bottom tier carrot cake, top 2 tiers Lemon Chiffon cake with lemon curd filling. All covered in Swiss Meringue. First time I've done swiss meringue. Tasted delish but it just didn't smooth as much as I would have liked. Spent all night trying to get those edges perfect, but the buttercream seemed to harden quickly and refused to smooth out. sigh. otherwise I was happy.
