Chocolate cake with vanilla frosting. This cake didn't work out like I planned. It was troubled right from the start. In the oven the layers blow up like balloons and collapsed when they cooled. I made the claddagh BC transfer image to thin and it stretched out when I put it on the cake. I thought of removing image and trying to fix, but decided to quit will the quitting was good. The cake was for family, so it did not have to be perfect. The leaves are chocolate candies I made with candy molds.
