Ballroom Dancing Cake

A 9" square rich choc cake filled with 2 layers of choc SMBC and 1 central layer of fresh forest berry curd. The cake is coated in dark choc ganache before being finished in fondant. The parquetry tiles took over 2 hours to cut, lay and 'polish'! The couple is handcrafted from gumpaste and the musical notes were piped from royal icing. Thanks for looking
