I made these cupcakes to go along with my "Summer Invasion" cake for my family reunion. They were fruit punch and tangerine flavored, with lime flavored poured fondant topping, and fondant lady bugs, and a little royal icing. ( I didnt set them up that way.. would have been more careful about alternating colors. lol) It is also the first time I ever tried poured fondant. Maybe next time they will be better. I think making domed cupcakes would be easier than flat ones?
