I made these flower cupcakes with my 2 teenagers daughters for a friend of mine. My friend has an intelorance to gluten so these chocolate and yellow cupcakes are gluten-free. I used for the first time Betty Crocker mix and it is very good. Not the same texture as an usual cake but with the rapsberry jam filling and the butterapple filling topped with real buttercream, they were delicious. The flowers and bows were made with love in fondant.
