My DD's wedding cake. Vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream, fondant, gumpaste hydrangeas and dogwood flowers on applewood branches. The cakes travelled from Manitoba to BC in their naked state on dry ice and were decorated at my DD's house, then transported uphill and down to the venue. The toppers also travelled from Manitoba to BC. They travelled on memory foam in boxes and only two of the dogwood flowers broke in transit. I carried extras and most of them wound up scattered on the table as a bit of extra decoration. The MoB was a bit of a Mobzilla during the transport for which her DH forgave her. And in the end a good time was had by all.
