This is my second time covering a cake in fondant. I used WASC recipe for the bottom 8"tier and darn good chocolate cake recipe for the top 6" tier. They are filled and crumb coated with ganache. The hat is made out of rice krispie treats. Decorations are fondant and gumpaste bow.
