A 2 tier cake made for my hubby. We are both big Red Dwarf fans and this was his birthday request! The bottom tier is Coffee Bailey's and the top tier is a trifle inspired cake: Vanilla custard flavour sponge with homemade quick strawberry and raspberry jam and a fresh cream and custard buttercream. All decorations are handmade and painted. It was such a fun cake to do!
