This cake was inspired one created by margery here on CC. Base is a 12" top is 10", 8", 10" carved. Dress and ruffles are fondant. All the deeper shadowed areas were airbrushed with a deeper shade of pink and the entire cake was airbrushed with pearl. Congratulations plaque is gumpaste and hand painted with food color.
