I made this cake for my niece's 2nd birthday. She didn't quiet have the words to 'Happy Birthday' down and would sing 'Happy to you' instead. It was very cute. Cake is a dense vanilla cake covered in an experimental icing (whipped cream and icing sugar). Chloe's eyes lit up when she saw Wags the Dog from the Wiggles.
