This was the cake I made for my son's first birthday. We call him Moose, hence the fondant moose. I used different ideas seen on CC and came up with this design. The bottom tier is a strawberry lemonade cake with strawberry filling. The top tier is a vanilla cake with chocolate ganache filling. It is covered in fondant with fondant stripes, moose, and 1 topper.
