Skirt on 8" round with half a 6" oval for fins to rest on. Full size Barbie in cake. Mermaid tail is built-up with a small piece of carved cake for height and covered with buttercream frosting decoration. Fins and shells made of rolled buttercream fondant/sugar paste mix. Sandy rock is buttercream frosting with finely crushed vanilla wafers patted onto the frosting. Sea rocks on the sides with anemonies, seaweed, etc; are all buttercream frosting.
