Made this for a baby shower, the lady gave me a picture of a simliar cake, so I can not take credit for the design. She said she found the picture off google, but i could not find it! I made the belly button and footprint from gumpaste, dabbed it with a bit of water to adhear it to the cake and then covered with fondant.
