A topsy turvy graduation cake for my cousin, who will be attending Tennessee in the fall! She wanted to look ahead and not back so we went with the college colors. I made this with the Fat Daddio's pans, but I added one 2 inch layer under each finished mad dadder layer. I carved in a flat spot on the 10" layer, but not the 8" layer that the 6" layer sat on. Does that make sense? I just set the 8/6 tiers on as-is, with lots of dowel rods for support. I think that finally did the trick, I am happy with the result and she loved it.
