Minnie Mouse cake - For a sweet little girly girl who loves MMCH! Knew I wanted to do pink and ruffles from the begging for this little cutie. All vanilla buttercream icing with mmf accents. Bottom tier is chocolate cocoa cake with joe joe (version of an oreo) filling, middle tier is alternating layers of chocolate cocoa cake and red velvet cake, top tier is red velvet cake. Ears are made from York peppermint patties that I iced and smoothed in buttercream.
