This is my real first ruffled purse. I really enjoyed doing this purse. It is a vanilla cake, with buttercream strawberry cream cheese filling. Iced with orange flavor buttercream and also topped with fondant. To give it the color accent I used edible gold and decorated with ruffled fondant to represent flowers. I used a smocking aluminum rolling pin to give it the texture it has.
