This cake was actually very easy to do. I first stacked the flat iced three tiers. Then I picked five colors and put them in decorating bags with the tips off. I then just made swirls all over the cake. To add to the effect, I just ran a toothpick through each swirl to give it a tie-dyed look. Thanks for looking!
