This icecream cake is vanilla icecream, chocolate icecream, oreos mixed with chocolate, chocolate ganache, another layer of chocolate icecream and another layer of vanilla icecream. Then frosted with whipped cream and decorated with whipped buttercream and a fondant Hello Kitty. The customer said the icecream cake was the best she ever had! Score! :)
