Made for a 24th anniversary. First time using my new camera and I'm not too happy with how it distorted the blue. Decorated in mmf airbrushed dark blue, topped with a gumpaste peony. 24 made from gumpaste and airbrushed silver. Inside is french vanilla butter cake layered with white chocolate ganache. And this is the first time I've used ganache to frost a cake. I will never use buttercream again!!! It's so easy to make and smoothed like a dream!
