Cake for an Italian themed potluck. This one was much bigger (10x3) than the first one I made several months ago. These cakes are a lot of fun to make!
This cake was so easy. I used tip #3 (prefer #5 but my garbage disposal ate it!) to pipe the buttercream noodles, used some hazelnut candies and cakeballs for the meatballs, strawberry jam for the sauce and grated white chocolate for the parmesan cheese. Some people thought it was a real plate of pasta when they first saw it, it was funny!

I love it!! I've been craving parmesean cheese lately, which made me click on this photo- GREAT job!!
My kids would LOVE this. How do you do it?
