My precious little 2 year old LOVES Elmo so much! She calls him Mo Mo. So I knew that he had to make an appearance on her cake :) I had so many cakes this week, he was supposed to have a 2nd tier with Circus tent stripes but never mind she loved him anyway. The cake is caramel mudcake with caramel ganache and was pretty tasty. Thanks for looking :)
