Chocolate cake covered in buttercream with fondant accents and piped chocolate mane and tail. Used three 7"X11" sheet cakes. Body was one cake with about 2" cut off and used as two of the legs. The head is two cakes filled and stacked, then carved to the shape of his head. scraps were used for other two legs.
